New Bilingual Street & Stop Signs

You may have noticed that new bilingual street and stop signs are being installed throughout town, replacing the old ones. These updated signs feature designs that highlight the town’s rich history. The new street name signs display two of three mural images created by Mi'kmaq artist Marcus Gosse, celebrating Indigenous, French Acadian, and American heritage. Different mural images will be showcased in various areas of town. Additionally, the signs are made with reflective material for improved visibility at night.
